2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address or payment method will be subject to investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus requires 10x wagering, meaning to withdraw the bonus you must wager the total amount of (deposit + bonus) 10 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used for placing bets and cannot be withdrawn directly
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled
- Multiple people from the same household or device may not claim the same bonus
- If bonus abuse (arbitrage, multiple accounts) is proven, the bonus and winnings will be cancelled
- Each bonus has an expiry period; it will be cancelled if not used within the specified time
- Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — refer to the applicable terms
5.3 VIP Program
77apa's VIP program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on activity and betting volume:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
77apa reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing games on 77apa.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game and event. These limits may vary by game provider and market. Separate limits may apply for bets placed using bonus funds.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
- Bets cannot be amended once confirmed
- If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded
- Bets confirmed before an odds change will remain valid

- 77apa is not responsible for delays in live betting caused by network disruptions
6.3 Casino Game Rules
For live casino games, the game provider's own rules apply. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.4 Errors and Technical Issues
If a software or hardware error results in an incorrect payout, 77apa reserves the right to correct the difference. Bets confirmed at clearly incorrect odds or payouts may be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in the interest of fair operation at 77apa and the protection of all members.
7.1 Fraudulent Activities

- Registering an account with false information
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Betting on matches with predetermined results (match fixing)
- Bonus arbitrage or collusion (coordinated fraud)
7.2 Technical Abuse
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Accessing from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy
- Any attempt to manipulate the game software
7.3 Money Laundering

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy
